ATHINA HEALTHCARE REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUND POLICY

  • FOR CLAIMING A REFUND, KINDLY PROVIDE RELATED DOCUMENTS.
  • IN THE CASE OF ANY INCONSISTENCY IN TEST RESULTS, A FREE RE-SAMPLE WILL TESTED IN OUR LABORATORY AGAIN. IF ANY DISBALANCE FOUND IN THE RESULTS, ATHINA HEALTHCARE WILL BE OBLIGED TO REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT.
  • ANY REPORT COMPARISONS EXCEEDING 10 DAYS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
  • AN EXCEPTION CAN BE MADE UP TO 15 DAYS, IN CASE OF CHRONIC DISEASES ONLY AFTER ACCEPTANCE FROM OUR TEAM.
  • FEW TESTS MAY HAVE VARIED TEST RESULTS DUE TO SIGNIFICANT TESTING FACTORS SUCH AS TIME/TEMPERATURE OF THE LAB OR THE FASTING STATURE. ONLY SIGNIFICANT VARIATIONS IN READINGS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
  • OUR EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED TEAM, IS GIVEN THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • CUSTOMER CANCELLATION:
  • TEST SAMPLE COLLECTION CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED 2 HOURS PRECEDING THE BOOKING MADE BY THE CUSTOMER.
  • ATHINA HEALTHCARE CANCELLATION:
  • CERTAIN BOOKING OF OUR SERVICE MAY LEAD TO CANCELLATION DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS REQUIRED OR ANY SORT OF INACCURATE PRICING INFORMATION LED ON BY THE PARTNERS OF ATHINA HEALTHCARE.
    ANY ORDER CANCELLED BY THE TEAM IN BAR WITH THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, SHALL NOT IMPOSE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES
